Application & Rental Qualifications
- Our income standards require verifiable and continuous employment based on a number of factors.
- All lawful income will be accepted. Proof will be requested.
- The non-refundable application fee amount is per applicant.
- During the application process a background check will be processed, this will include credit check, criminal history, and rental verification.
Deposit: Security deposits are due at time of leasing or upon approval. The deposit reserves the apartment for you and takes it off the market (Welcome Home!).
Administrative/Inspection Fee: An administrative fee will be accessed to secure your new home. This is non-refundable and due at time of leasing.
Cancelation: Should you need to cancel, within the first 72-hours of application submission, some of these charges are refundable. If after 72-hours, the amount paid is forfeited.
Renters Insurance: All residents are required to have renters insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability, please provide proof of this prior to or on the date of move-in.
Vehicle Policy: We like to keep our communities as aesthetically pleasing as possible, we need your help in this effort. All cars must be in good shape, no derelict vehicles are allowed to be parked on property. (i.e. no damage, missing paint, discolored paint etc.) We also do not allow the parking of commercial vehicles or trailers on site or in our parking lots.
Pet Fees: We love your furry friends! Please speak with our leasing staff for more details regarding your pet!
